ReImagine Dance collects only the information a visitor chooses to provide through the Dancer Interest, Volunteer Interest, or Contact forms. That may include names, age, contact details, school or grade information, availability, program interests, and high-level accessibility or support preferences.
The forms are intended to begin a conversation. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial information, full dates of birth, detailed medical records, diagnoses, or other highly sensitive information. A parent or guardian should submit information for a child.
How form information is used and delivered
Form information is used to respond to inquiries, review program or volunteer interest, discuss accessibility or support needs, and coordinate appropriate next steps. Submissions are emailed directly to reimaginedance@outlook.com. The website does not store form submissions in a website database.
The hosting server and email providers may process limited technical information and retain operational or security logs as part of delivering and protecting the service. ReImagine Dance does not sell form information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Analytics choices
Google Analytics is offered only after a visitor chooses to allow analytics. If accepted, Google may receive information such as page views, device and browser details, approximate location, scroll activity, outbound-link clicks, video engagement, and file downloads. Automatic form-interaction and site-search collection are disabled. Form field values are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time.
Retention, sharing, and your choices
Information may remain in the ReImagine Dance email mailbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond, coordinate participation or volunteering, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal or operational obligations. Access is limited to people who need the information for ReImagine Dance activities and service providers that support website hosting, email, or analytics.
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing reimaginedance@outlook.com or calling 941-545-6645. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, or recordkeeping purposes.
Security and updates
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. For sensitive or urgent matters, contact ReImagine Dance by phone instead of including details in a public web form.
